Client meeting process


When you refer a relative, friend or colleague to us they are treated in an organized and professional manner.
When a prospective client contacts the office, they are asked to make an appointment or to have a brief pre-meeting chat by phone.
After the first appointment is scheduled we encourage prospective clients to look at:
  • The mission statement and philosophy sections of this website
  • Our engagement letter which explains the nature and scope of what we provide;

  • Recent additions to this website

The first meeting is only to exchange information and usually lasts about 90 minutes.  first-meeting-agenda.

The second meeting is when a proposed financial plan is presented and usually lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.  second-meeting-agenda

The third meeting is to review the plan and any modifications and to answer any questions.  third-meeting-agendaIf a prospective client decides to implement the plan, this usually starts at the third or fourth meeting. Of course, prospective clients are under no obligation at any time.
