When you refer a relative, friend or colleague to us they are treated in an organized and professional manner.
When a prospective client contacts the office, they are asked to make an appointment or to have a brief pre-meeting chat by phone.
After the first appointment is scheduled we mail our Introduction Kit which includes the following:
which explains the nature and scope of what we provide;
A confidential personal financial data form;
A copy of a recent newsletter

The first meeting is only to exchange information and usually lasts about 90 minutes. Here is the first meeting agenda in PDF format.
The second meeting is when a proposed financial plan is presented and usually lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. Here is the second meeting agenda in PDF format
The third meeting is to review the plan and any modifications and to answer any questions. Here is the third meeting agenda in PDF format.
If a prospective client decides to implement the plan, this usually starts at the third or fourth meeting. Of course, prospective clients are under no obligation at any time.
